Shipping

All orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next business day.

Standard orders: Free standard shipping on all US orders. Free standard shipping cannot be combined with certain promotional offers. See details of each promotional offer for more information. Orders received after 3:00 pm EST will be processed on the next business day.

2nd Day orders: $5.00 Flat rate shipping for second day shipping. Orders will be processed the same day the order is placed if your order is received by 3:00 pm EST, depending on product availability. Orders received after 3:00 pm EST will be processed on the next business day. 2nd Day orders may require a signature upon delivery.

Overnight orders: $10.00 Flat rate shipping for overnight shipping. Orders will be processed the same day the order is placed if your order is received by 3:00 pm EST, depending on product availability. Orders received after 3:00 pm EST will be processed on the next business day. Overnight orders may require a signature upon delivery.

Returns

We want you to be entirely happy with your Mollie Jacob purchase. If you are unhappy with the products in any way, please contact our customer service team at hello@molliejacob.com and we will always respond within 24 hours. Mollie Jacob will gladly accept returns on molliejacob.com orders within 30 days unless the item is marked as final sale.
